A shy boy in a village

A shy boy in a village

my dear friends, i think i've mentioned this shy boy to some of u. he's that one in an used girl's tee. when he saw us going around this village, which seemed like a ruined and relatively poorer one, he was curious and hided himself behind this column and tried to find out what we were doing there. i shot him with a mid tele, which means i was actually at quite a distance from him. even so, as u can see, he's so nervous about us.

A nice farm woman

The first 2 pics were shot in the sunday Bac Ha Market, which is around 2-3 hours by car from the Sapa town. I took the last one in an evening in the sapa market. The brown thing on the middle pic, what do u think? ... i guess it's brown sugar cube!

Vietnam ...2 (Hanoi)

Vietnam is a fast growing country since the past 15 years. it was once a french colony. Hanoi is its capital city. everything is moving fast, its economy, its development as well as the motorbikes and the people...

Vietnam ...1 (My god-brother & I)

my god brot is a very interesting and creative amateur photographer. he's also one of my oldest friends that we knew each other since 3 or 4 years old!

He and I together with another two friends finally went on a trip to Hanoi and the northern part of vietnam (the region around Sapa) in Dec last year. It was VERY harsh but very fun!

This photo was shot in a village school in sapa. Yes, the locals used some kind of bamboo to build this school, which can only provide them with a shaded area, but not protection against the rains. What we think is the children there usually gifted with talent in languages. They could pick up things quicker than we expected. They were curious and shy.
